  1. How do I place my order?
    Simply navigate to your model and choose the product category you desire. Then click on the item and Buy Now or Add to Cart! Additional informational links are placed on each page to help answer any questions you might have.   2. What will I need to do to place my order?
    To place an order on brpmoto.com you must first register as a member. Once registered, you will have a user name and password which you will use for any future purchases. This information is collected to allow for prompt and reliable service. You will also need a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover) and a physical address, not a PO Box. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

  3. Will my personal and private information be safe?
    BRP goes to great lengths to protect your personal information. Using the latest in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology with 128 bit encryption ensures that your transactions will be processed safely and securely.

  4. How will I know the Status of my order?
    Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your order has been processed. Should any delays in processing your order occur, you will be contacted via e-mail.

  5. How long will it take to process my order?
    Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once processed, you will receive a second e-mail that will notify you when your items will be shipped.

  6. How long will it take to have my order delivered?
    All orders will leave our facility in Colorado Springs, CO within 24-48 hours of being placed, unless we have a back order on that particular item. If your item is on back order, you will be notified via e-mail with an estimated delivery date. Depending on your location, time in transit will vary and can take from 1-7 business days. Generally West coast deliveries will take 3 business days and East coast will take 3-4 days. Optional shipping services can also effect time in transit.   7. Does BRP ship orders Internationally?
    Yes we will be happy to ship anywhere in the world. Orders shipped outside the Continental USA will require additional shipping charges and time in transit. International customers will be contacted to confirm the order and shipping method. See our Shipping Policies for more information.

  8. If I order online, can I call in and make a change or correction to my order?
    Assuming your order has not been processed and shipped, we can usually make a change or correction to any pending order placed on line. Please feel free to Contact Us or call us at (800) 834-9363 Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 5:00 CMT.

  9. Can you send my order internationally as a gift so I don't have to pay the expensive duties?
    In short... NO! Sorry, but in order to prevent any repercussions from the authorities ie customs, it's our policy not to modify the invoice price or send an items as a gift thereby bypassing the customs laws.
