The Flexx Handlebar System flexes in the same plane as the front suspension allowing a natural movement for your arms that compliments the suspension. The rider can also control how soft or stiff the Flexx Handlebar System rides as well as adjusting the rise of the handlebar. These options can be obtained through changing the shims and elastomers (blue=soft, yellow=med, red=hard, black=stiff) to create the perfect bend and desired stiffness for your needs.The FLEXX System will take your riding experience to the next level...

Bar Specifications

The Flexx Handlebars require 1 1/8" bar mounts and are available in 3 different widths, 4 different sweeps and 2 heights. The bars come with 4 interchangeable elastomers to fit your riding style (soft=blue, med=yellow, hard=red, stiff=black).

  • Bars come in 32, 31 and 29 inches wide
  • 15° sweep = 62mm pullback
  • 14° sweep = 57mm pullback
  • 12° sweep = 54mm pullback
  • 10° sweep = 40mm pullback
  • 2 different heights 92mm, and 116mm
  • 4 Interchangeable elastomers
  • Bars have 1 1/8" mounting diameter

The BRP Flexx Mounts are a great solution for mounting Enduro style handguards on your Flexx Handlebars. BRP Flexx Mounts work with most enduro style handguards and can be found in the Handguards catagory for your model.

Choosing a Bar Bend

Handlebars are a critical part of bike setup and everybody has different preferences. there are a few basic things to consider when setting up a bike with new bars. these are just observations we have made since we deal alot with setting up the controls. Remember everybody has a different preference.

1. Height of the rider (taller riders usually need taller bars or bar positions)

2. Type of riding (depending on where you ride woods, desert, moto etc. Woods riders tend to sit more and may prefer a bar with more sweep. Desert riders stand and sit both and a neutral sweep bar may be a better choice. Moto riders tend to stand in the attack position more and a bar with less sweep "straighter" might be a better choice.

NOTES: Damper crossbars allow for the over-the-bar installation of most steering dampers.
** the ENDURO and QUAD bends have a 1” narrower mid section with full length handles allowing more room for equipment mounting.
